Brand & Trademark Guidelines
For Brine Referrers · Referenced by Section 8.1 of the Referral Agreement
These guidelines govern how Brine Referrers may use the Brine name, logo, and marks. Your license to use them is granted under Section 8.1 of the Referral Program Agreement — limited, non-exclusive, and revocable. Use the marks only in the forms shown here, and only while you are an active Referrer.
The Brine logo
Use the full logo lockup in its original proportions and colors. Pick the version with the most contrast against your background — the white wordmark on dark surfaces, the full-color wordmark on light ones.

On light surfacesBrine Logo_Light.pngThe swirl emblem
The standalone emblem may be used as an avatar or favicon where the full lockup won’t fit. Don’t recolor or rotate it, and don’t use it to stand in for your own brand.
Clear space
Keep the height of the emblem clear on all sides
Don’t crowd the logo with text, graphics, or other logos. Leave at least the emblem’s own height as breathing room around the full lockup.
Minimum size
120px wide · 24px for the emblem
Below these sizes the lockup loses legibility. Scale proportionally — never stretch or condense.
Color
When you reproduce the marks, use the official values. Teal is the primary brand color; deep blue supports it. Orange is reserved for Brine’s own calls to action — don’t apply it to the logo.
Referring to Brine
Describe your relationship accurately. You are an independent Referrer — not a reseller, partner, or agent of Brine, and you cannot speak on Brine’s behalf.
✓ Do
- Describe yourself as a “Brine Referrer” or “participant in the Brine Referral Program.”
- Use Brine-provided marketing materials in their original, unmodified form.
- Write “Brine” as one capitalized word, as a proper adjective (e.g. “the Brine platform”).
- Link to brine.ai when referencing the product.
✕ Don’t
- Imply you are Brine, a reseller, or that Brine endorses your other products or services.
- Register any domain, social handle, or business name containing a Brine mark.
- Bid on “Brine,” “Brine AI,” or confusingly similar terms as paid search keywords.
- Alter, recolor, redraw, or animate the logo, or use it as part of your own logo.
Approved description
When you need a sentence about Brine, use this approved boilerplate verbatim. For anything beyond it, get written approval from referrals@brine.ai first.
Brine is where you build, hire, and govern every AI system in your environment. Describe a workflow in plain English and Brine builds it, runs it on your data, and governs every step — costing and attributing each action to its agent and model, with a pre-dispatch cap that holds a step before it overspends and a signed audit trail as standard.
Assets & approvals
Approved logo files and co-marketing templates are available in the Referral Portal. This is the only place to source the marks — please don’t pull the logo from screenshots or the website.
